I take responsibility in situations where organizations are no longer able to act.
I work at all levels of an organization – from operational implementation to management – and also lead in conflict-ridden and unstable structures. This is not about advice, but about intervention, clarity and implementation.
I work on site and attach great importance to personal presence. For me, leadership means taking responsibility, making decisions and ensuring their implementation.
The assignment is temporary with a clear mandate and gives low priority to internal interests. The aim is to restore the ability to control and to stabilize the organization in the long term.

About me
Christoph Bretschneider was born on May 13, 1960 in Berlin. He studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Hanover and graduated as Diploma-Engineer in 1989. He is father of three children and lives today after several stations in Braunschweig.
