Interim management

I take on temporary leadership responsibility in situations where organizations are no longer able to act or clear leadership is required.

The assignment is carried out with a clear mandate, defined goals and direct responsibility for implementation in the line. The focus is on stabilisation, realignment and the consistent implementation of necessary decisions.

I work on site, take over the management of organizations and programs and restore the ability to control at short notice.
